So, even though the city is slightly removed from the more centralized Phoenix valley you’ll still get a nice mix of people from different backgrounds as well as people of different age ranges. Not to mention, Goodyear is ranked #15 out of 57 suburbs for Suburbs with the Best Public Schools in Arizona.
Crime and safety in Goodyear is very promising. With their crime rate averages falling far below national averages all across the board. When it comes to schools Goodyear has a number of good options. However, Goodyear is not necessarily a standout school district compared to other cities in Arizona. Nonetheless, if you’re looking for some public school options in Goodyear then be sure to look into BASIS Goodyear Primary School. This school has an A+ grade and is ranked #15 in Best Public Elementary Schools in Arizona. Also, be sure to consider University High School. This school has an A grade, a 27 to 1 student-to-teacher ratio, and is ranked #26 in Best Public High Schools in Arizona. Goodyear does not have any highly graded private schools in the district. However, if you’d like to place your children in a private school then West Valley Christian School and St. John Vianney Catholic School are some suitable options.
